Which is the Best Smartphone?

Smartphone technology has improved by leaps and bounds over that last few years. Nearly all major carriers these days have cell phones that you can do more than just talk on. At&T (Formerly Singular) has a 'Palm Treo 680' that you can get free after instant discount and rebates with a two year agreement. T-mobile has the 'Dash' that you can also get for free with a new T-Mobile account after instant rebates. Sprint is now offering the same deal on their Motorola Q.

Just about any of the thousands of wireless phones currently available now offer the ability to browse the internet. But what sets smartphones apart is their ability to run third party programs, open and edit Microsoft documents (such as word and excel), and interact with your office email and calendar software. But the question is, "Which is the Best Smartphone?". If money is no object, then my favorite is probably the next generation Palm Treo 700p, offered by Verizon Wireless. It run on Palm OS 5.4 with an Intel 312Mhz XScale Processor. It offers near broadband download speeds, a built in media player, wireless synchronization with your email, calendar and contacts. Emailing on this bad boy is easy with a full qwerty backlit keyboard.

Real Estate Marketing...on your Cell Phone

In today's ultra competitive real estate market, deals can be made or broken in the blink of an eye. Everyone has a busy schedule, and no one has time anymore to wait around for a fax, or an email, and phone calls don't provide the visual image of a property necessary to spark an interest. You've got to take advantage of every possibility that you can, and these days, that includes text and picture messages to your clients cell phone. House4Cell has come up with a terrific product that provides real estate agents with a complete Real Estate Text Messaging Solution, including the ability to provide instant information to potential buyers, and send photos of the properties directly to their phones. This could be crucial for a hot property that just hit the market. You can also send out mass text alert messages to opt in buyers when you have a price reduction. Sounds like a way for you to differentiate yourself form other agents, doesn't it? The solution is just one of the marketing techniques designed specifically for the mobile phone by Cellit Mobile Marketing. They provide solutions for large and mall businesses to enable you to reach your customers in ways that weren't previously possible. The ability to instantly send potential buyers images and information about properties they might potentially be interested is invaluable, especially in light of the fact that with the market the way it is today, a home could be sold in just a few hours after it goes on the market. Just about everyone carries a cell phone, an most modern cell phones have the ability to send an receive instant text and picture messages. Now is the time to utilize that functionality in getting information and visual images to your customers first, so they can get a jump on the competition.

Play Backgammon

One of my favorite game to play when online is backgammon. If you've never heard of backgammon, it's a game designed for two players, where the pieces are moved according to the roll of 2 dice. You win by moving all of your pieces form one side to the other. With each roll of the dice, the player much choose his or her strategy carefully, deciding between a numerous variety of moves they can make. Now you can play backgammon online with BackgammonMasters's ever popular gaming platform. The online backgammon community enjoys this platform because of it's rich graphics and realistic 3D avatars and sound. It's also an exellent place to learn how to play backgammon rules, info and strategy sections. Their backgammon tournaments are some of the most lucritive in the world. If you want to play backgammon, then this is the place to go. BackgammonMasters has also just launched an all new poker game to it's lineup. You cna play for real money or just for fun on up to 3 tables at one time. There's no rake on the real money tables, and you can learn how to play the game on the free tables, so it's a win-win opportunity.
